  The entertainment was not the best and was mainly aimed at the Spanish Germans and french .The animation team were ok .

  The cleaners came every day giving it a cats lick and bed not changed the whole time we were there.

  Pool bar was never open, no one can understand or speak english, nothing for children whatsoever, balconys never see any sun its so dull and definately not a family orientated hotel.

  So sad about this hotel because the reception staff weren't bad and SOME of the bar staff were ok and SOME of the restaurant staff were ok but the rest were very unwelcoming and miserable

  Hotel is spotless, staff cater to every need, food is amazing, entertainment fabulous. Hotel management and staff listen, quality for all inclusive, second time here, and will definitely be back, look forward to seeing the same staff, very enjoyable thumbs up
