  Rooms basic. Had to ask twice for towels. Sun loungers worn. This place is ok if you do not want comfort and repetitive food.

  Just returned from our holiday from piramide salou and we were a little disappointed with the hotel it is a 4 star but really it's no more than 2 to 3 star. The food was poor not a lot of choice. The bar was poor as there was one person serving and poorly stocked on drink and snacks. Around the pool was scruffy. On the good side the staff were OK. The room ok. Its the forth time we have stayed in salou and we will not stayed in this hotel again. (17th Oct 2017 till 24th Oct 2107 )

  Acceptable hotel when hotel crowded lack of sun loungers, massive problem with guests booking loungers with towels. Should not be permitted. Food good, bar service ,good but only one bar in operation throughout the day .this would require upgrading

  Arrived on the friday 6th oct. Rooms basic food is awful. We are here until the 13th and we havent been able to eat anything from resturant breakfast lunch or dinner. All inclusive and having to eat out. Staff are not helpful at all. Love solou was here last year. Will never book again. I would say 2 stars at a push. Plus a certain member of the bar staff called rosa is needing to smile very ignorant to paying customers and not very accomadating plus the resturant staff members at the front desk are shocking very rude got the door shut in my face when trying to see if my wife would like anything on menu the hotel is like a retirement home no decent entertainment and bar shuts at 11pm then its dead CERTAINLY will not be back at this hotel not for all the tea in china its gave salou a very bad name and i love the people here will come back but will be going back to villa marina its a 3 star and its 100% better than this dive if ur thinking of booking here i would strongly RECOMMEND u dont book here u will regret it.
